Pick your plan (Explorador, Descubridor, or Conocedor), complete the preference quiz, and we’ll take care of the rest. Each month, we select specialty coffees from local roasters based on your flavor profile.

¿Puedo cancelar en cualquier momento?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your subscriber dashboard. There are no contracts or penalties. Your last shipment will be this month's.

¿Puedo cambiar de plan?

Of course! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The change will take effect starting from your next billing cycle.

What are the areas for delivery?

We currently deliver in the San Salvador metropolitan area (San Salvador, Santa Tecla, Antiguo Cuscatlán, San Benito). We’re expanding to more areas soon.

When will i get my coffe?

We deliver between the 1st and 5th of each month. You’ll receive an email with shipping confirmation, and you can track your package.

Any delivery fees?

Shipping is free for all plans within the San Salvador metropolitan area. For the Conocedor plan, shipping is free throughout El Salvador.

¿De dónde viene el café?

All our coffee is 100% Salvadoran, sourced from farms in regions like Apaneca-Ilamatepec, Chalatenango, El Bálsamo, and Tecapa-Chinameca. We work directly with local producers.

¿Qué tan fresco es el café?

Our partner roasters roast the coffee specifically for each monthly shipment. Your coffee arrives no more than 7 days after roasting, guaranteeing peak freshness.

¿El café viene en grano o molido?

Accepted Answer

By default, we ship whole bean coffee to preserve freshness. If you prefer ground coffee, you can indicate it in your subscription preferences.
